Property Overview

The Marquee is located in the heart of New Orleans’ historic theater district near the French Quarter, and convenient to all area attractions including the Aquarium of the Americas, Art History and Voodoo Museums, Cajun Cuisine, Casino, Cemetery Tours, Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, Jazz History Walking Tours, Longue Vue House and Gardens, Mardi Gras, Music Festivals, Plantations and Riverboat Cruises.

The Marquee will offer an eclectic combination of well-appointed comfort and style with 94 spacious villas that rise 17 stories above the vibrant streets of New Orleans and offer impressive views of the city. Lake Eve Resort

Property Overview

Lake Eve Resort is located within The Fountains, a Bluegreen Club Resort, on International Drive in Orlando, close to Walt Disney World®, Magic Kingdom®, EPCOT®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, Disney’s Animal Kingdom®, Universal Studios®, Islands of Adventure®, and SeaWorld®‘s Aquatica® water park.

The property provides resort-style accommodations that include two-bedroom suites with spacious living areas and full kitchens. Amenities include a 75,000-square-foot tropical water wonderland that is anything but ordinary, complete with two twisting water slides, a zero-entry pool, interactive water fountains, and two hot tubs. The Fountains also offers a full calendar of activities for adults and children, fishing and paddle-boats, activity and gaming center, fitness facilities and a playground.

It’s the perfect retreat after a long day exploring everything Orlando has to offer.

Hotel Blake

Property Overview

Located in downtown Chicago’s historic Printer’s Row district, Hotel Blake offers a relaxing retreat and easy access to everything the city has to offer. The resort features a minimalist 1940s décor, with furniture that was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s Prairie School design. Guests are able to unwind in spacious accommodations, complete with soaring 12-foot vaulted ceilings, exquisite bathrooms and stunning city views. Each suite is designed to make guests feel at home, providing every comfort to ensure each stay exceeds expectations.

With many top Chicago attractions nearby, guests are a short cab ride away from the famed Chicago Museum Campus, home of the Field Museum of Natural History, Adler Planetarium and Shedd Aquarium; from the shopping, dining and amusement rides on Navy Pier; and from the exclusive stores along the Magnificent Mile. Only slightly farther away are Lincoln Park Zoo and Wrigley Field.

The Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort is located on the stunning shores of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The resort offers 152 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom villas, ranging in size from 746 sq ft. to nearly 1,900 sq. ft. all featuring patios and ocean views. Guests will also enjoy direct beach access, a beachside activity lawn, multi-level pool, outdoor fire pit with lounge seating, poolside hot tubs, private cabanas, fitness center, Grab ‘n Go marketplace with café, indoor and outdoor dining, poolside bar, covered parking and an exclusive Signature Collection lounge.

Property Overview

The Waikiki King Kalakaua Plaza is located in Honolulu’s iconic Waikiki neighborhood, the property is within walking distance of Waikiki’s most notable luxury boutiques and beautiful South Shore beaches. The resort offers 110 rooms ranging from studios to one-bedroom suites. The property also includes a rooftop deck with an infinity edge pool, cabanas, BBQ grills, firepits, and breathtaking ocean and island views.
